{overall rating}- * *
{action}- Nice car chase. Not really.
{humor}- None. They weren't going for that but in this serious its greatly missed.
{blood}- Yes, it's too thin though.
{gore}- The ideas are great like tarman just not as well put together.
{nudity}- Melinda Clark.
{acting}- Very very "B."
{plot}- I call it "Pet Cemetery of the Living Dead."
{film quality}- Along the lines of a Wishmaster sequel.
{entertainment factor}- Pretty good pacing.
{Aprox. amount of time spent fast forwarding}- none.
Curt is a military kid. He steals his dads credentials to show his girlfriend Mindy (Melinda Clark from the OC) a top secret military operation which involves the infamous canisters. After wrecking his motorcycle and accidentally killing his girlfriend he takes her back to make her live again. They escape the military facility and rush off to find her something to eat. They end up in a convenience store robbery and run from the police as Mindy discovers what she's hungry for is human flesh. Let the creation of lots of zombies commence. Minus the gore and nudity and what you have here is almost a made for TV zombie movie. Something of Sci-Fi wet dreams. This is a movie with a great idea that just lacks both the humor and the creativity of the first two. Its like suddenly we're supposed to take the evil canisters seriously and they just don't have the elements it takes to be serious. This one is still almost worth watching but like most sequels it just lacks the charisma of the original. Especially since its once removed from it in order. I would actually compare this more to Evolution without humor than the original Return Of The Living Dead.
