Six tight-knit friends (3 guys, 3 girls) have an unbreakable bond and share each other and everything else. That is, until Sean, the new guy at school, comes in between them. He has a crush on Wendy, and although reluctant at first, she finally sleeps with him, and they have to hide their relationship from the others. When they’re finally outted, the group turns their back on her, but still make attempts to win her back. Sean wants her to get rid of anything that reminds him of her past, especially past sexual experiences, but she’s unwilling to do it. In the end, she’s torn between the group and him, and decides to out the group’s faults in front of a crowd of students. It’s somewhat unclear as to if she did it to sever all ties to the group and be with the guy, or just to clear her conscience, as she’s sitting alone while the credits roll.

This is a far cry from the original, and shouldn’t have even piggy-backed it. It’s like Skulls meets Kids, but the acting is half-assed and storyline is kind of bland. I also find it hard to believe that high school parties are full of open sex. I mean, it looked like a brothel, dudes were getting hummers, and chicks were getting naked and having uninhibited sex in front of the whole crowd. And, what teenager has a stripper pole in her house?

This movie is watchable, but if you want other titles that are more enjoyable, watch Kids, Bully, or Thirteen.
